1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Gokino website, IDE, AI assistant, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose or in a way that violates any laws or regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services.
- Use the AI features to generate malicious code, malware, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of any code, projects, or content you create using Gokino. By using the Services, you grant us a license to host, run, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Our Property: The Services, including the IDE interface, AI models, custom graphics, and software, are the property of Gokino and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Payment Terms
Some features of the Services may require a paid subscription.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms using our internal ban system.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GOKINO, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
